How do I become a premium member?
To become a premium member, go to www.podcastone.com/premium to see the membership options available. We offer Monthly and Annual Memberships to your favorite show, or you can subscribe to the entire network. We also offer 1 Year Gift Memberships to a favorite show or the entire network.
How much does the membership cost?
We have several membership options you can select from.

Subscribe to your favorite show and select from a:
Monthly Membership for $4.99
Yearly Membership for $3.99 per month
1 Year Gift Membership for $47.99

Subscribe to the entire network and select from a:
Monthly Membership for $8.99
Yearly Membership for $89.99
1 Year Gift Membership for $89.99
What is the difference between a show subscription and a network subscription?
A show subscription will give you access to the podcast of your choice and a network subscription will give you access to all the podcasts available on the PodcastOne network. To become a premium member, go to www.podcastone.com/premium to subscribe to a show or the entire network.
Why should I pay for this if I can get the podcasts for free?
Premium members have access to full library archives, on-demand and commercial free. Plus they get access to exclusive bonus content!
Can I place my order using PayPal?
Though we don't accept payments with PayPal currently, we hope to have this feature added soon. In the meantime, we encourage you to place your order with Visa, Discover, or Mastercard.
How do I subscribe to a premium podcast?
If you are a Premium Member, please log into your account and visit the Podcasts page to see all the podcasts available. Click the podcast you would like to subscribe to. At the top right side of the program page, click the hamburger icon next to the "Subscribe" button. From the dropdown that appears, click "Apple Podcasts" to subscribe in iTunes or click "Subscribe to the Feed" and copy the podcast URL to paste it in your podcatcher software.
Can I access my premium membership on the PodcastOne app?
At this time, single-show premium memberships are not available on the PodcastOne app. If you are having trouble accessing premium content with a network membership, please contact customer service.
How do I add a podcast to my Favorites list?
If you are a Premium Member, please log into your account and click on Podcasts from the top menu. On the "All Podcasts" page, click a podcast to see the program page. At the top right side of the program page, click the hamburger icon next to the "Subscribe" button. From the dropdown that appears, click "Add to Favorites" to add the podcast to your Favorites list.
Why am I still getting commercials in my Podcast?
If you are a Premium Member, please make sure that you are logged into your account to subscribe to the premium feed. Also, be advised that some podcasts record their own ads which PodcastOne cannot remove.
Why can't I log in to my account?
Please make sure you have the correct login information. If you have recently updated your email address, please try using the old email address to log in and go into "My Account" to update your username or password.
How can I upgrade my monthly membership to an annual membership?
Please log into your account and go to "My Account" page and click "Upgrade Premium Membership" link. Then, click the "Upgrade My Subscription" button. If you are not a monthly member or you are already an annual member, it will not allow you to proceed.
Why should I upgrade my monthly membership to an annual membership?
Upgrade to an annual membership for an ease of mind in billing, big savings, and to support your favorite podcasts.
How can I update my credit card information for my Premium Membership?
Log into your account and go to "Manage Credit Cards" from "My Account" page. Select the card you'd like to update and click "Delete." Then, click "New" to add your new credit card information. Next, select the new card and click on the "Use Card for Premium Membership" button.
How can I purchase a gift membership for someone else?
We offer a 1 Year Gift Membership to a favorite show or the entire network. To order a gift membership, visit www.podcastone.com/premium and select a show from the dropdown menu to purchase a 1 Year Gift Membership to the program. To purchase a 1 Year Gift Membership to the entire network, click the "here" link located at the bottom of the page. Continue to Checkout to complete your order. Once the order is placed, you will receive an email containing a gift code and instructions for the recipient to activate the membership.
Can I buy a gift membership for myself?
Yes. If you do not want a renewing subscription you can purchase a Gift Membership for yourself. We have 1 Year Gift Memberships available to a favorite show or the entire network. To order a gift membership, visit www.podcastone.com/premium.
I received a gift membership. Where do I activate it?
If you have already received a gift membership, you can activate it here: www.podcastone.com/giftmembership.
I have premium access to The Adam Carolla Show on Libsyn. Why can't I log into my account?
If you are registered to TheAdamCarollaShow.com premium, visit http://theadamcarollashow.libsyn.com/podcast/category/Self-Help to access your account on their website. PodcastOne.com Premium members have access to full library archives, on-demand and commercial free, including access to exclusive bonus content. The premium membership starts as low as $3.99. I have been billed for a membership, but I do not have Premium Member access when I log into my account. Why don't I have Premium Member access?
This may be because you purchased a gift membership and gift memberships require activation. You can confirm that you purchased a gift membership by checking your "Order History." If you have purchased a gift membership by mistake, please contact customer service so that they can change your gift membership to a regular membership.
The first attempts to place my order did not go through, but I see the charges on my account. Why am I being billed for the orders that did not go through?
You can confirm your order went through once by checking your "Order History." If the first attempts to place your order failed, you may see the authorizations that failed on your account. However, they are NOT charges and will clear up in a few days. If you see several orders in your "Order History," please contact customer service to cancel the orders and credit your account.

Why is my favorite show no longer on PodcastOne?
We regularly add new programming, but unfortunately with regular changes some programs get discontinued.

Does my Monthly Membership renew automatically?
Monthly memberships renew automatically every 30 days unless you cancel. You can cancel any time before the next billing cycle begins. See our full terms and conditions for Premium Memberships.
Does my Yearly Membership renew automatically?
Yearly memberships renew automatically each year unless you cancel. (A renewal reminder will be sent to you one month prior to your membership expiration date.) You can cancel any time before the next billing cycle begins. See our full terms and conditions for Premium Memberships.
Do gift memberships renew automatically?
Gift memberships do not automatically renew. The membership will begin once it is activated and will automatically expire.

What is the refund policy?
Membership fees are earned in full upon receipt and are non-refundable in the event of termination request by you during that premium membership period. You may cancel your membership at any time. To cancel, go to "My Account" and click the "Cancel Premium Membership" link.
